Why Master Ji exists
Every year, teachers are handed new policies, new frameworks and new tools — NEP 2020, NCF-FS, NIPUN Bharat, digital classrooms and now AI. What is often missing is the bridge between a policy document and what a teacher actually does in a room of forty children on a Monday morning.
Master Ji was set up to build that bridge. We translate policy and technology into practical, classroom-ready support that is affordable, accessible and respectful of teachers’ time and experience.
Our relationship with Ishkol
Ishkol – The Learning Station is an education organisation that believes every child can learn. Ishkol works directly with children and young people; Master Ji works with the people who teach them. Both share one goal: better learning for every child in every corner of India.
What we believe
Our fundamental principle is simple: make education child-centric, engaging, interactive, inclusive and meaningful. Every page, resource, tool and training programme on this site is meant to serve that goal.
- Children learn by doing. Questioning, play, stories, projects, collaboration and exploration beat rote memorisation.
- Teachers are professionals. Good support respects teachers’ judgement and helps them grow real competencies — not just collect certificates.
- Technology is a tool, not the teacher. AI and design tools should save time and widen what is possible, with the teacher firmly in charge.
- Every learner counts. Inclusion and differentiation are part of everyday teaching, not an extra.
- Learning should be affordable. Our core resources and online Canva classes are free.
