Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Master Ji (masterji.ishkol.in), the teacher education vertical of Ishkol – The Learning Station, operated by Adhyatm Resources Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. We collect as little as we can and use it only for the purposes below.

What we collect

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, optional phone/WhatsApp number, your role, and the message you send. For school training enquiries, also your institution, designation, preferred topic, number of participants, preferred dates and requirements.
• Community membership (when payments open): the details needed to confirm your payment and add you to the groups. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange training you ask for.
• To provide community access you have paid for.
• To keep the website secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are emailed to the Master Ji team and also stored in our WordPress database (hosted by Hostinger) so enquiries are not lost. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable records, and then delete them.

Third-party services

Some pages link to or embed services that have their own privacy policies: WhatsApp (channel and groups), Canva (Canva for Education invitation), and YouTube (recorded sessions, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode). These services may collect data when you use them.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work (for example, for logged-in administrators). Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Master Ji is for teachers and other adults working in education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please never send us children’s names, photos, marks or other personal details.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email mv.masterji@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
